There i was going about my business in Arnika. I remembered the note Mr Rattus gave me and decided to do his quest and gave the note to the bank teller (I believed his story, didn't actually read the note)

Well, the bank Teller freaks out, calls the guards and runs away. Smart move. But while my party is busy whcking the guards, i spied a HLL patrol. "Great, I'm in trouble now" i thought. But did the HLL decided to whack me for trying to rob the bank?

Instead, they decided to bash Lorrac to a bloody pulp. Maybe its illegal to scream in Arnika or something...

I posted a reply to your other posting, please check it out 'cos it explains why you've had no other replies .

The Rattus episode seems to be one of many quests that the developers never finished ... sadly Wiz8 has several examples though thankfully none are really important and don't affect the game, as you'll know having completed it yourself.
